Exit 191 - NM-548 is gone and is actually Camino del Llano. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 278 - is actually Cerillos Road and NOT Cerillos Blvd. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 294 - is now Canoncito at Apache Canyon and not simply Canoncito. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 366 - is not NM-466 and it also leads to NM-97. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 412 + 414 - are both BL-25 and they both provide access to US-56 + US-412. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 454 - does not provide access to US-87. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 460 - has been added. It was previously omitted. The correction can be viewed here and here. Thanks to Steve Riner for the information.

Exit 20 - is now US-491. US-666 no longer exists. The correction can be viewed here and here. Exit 131 - is no longer Canoncito. It is now named To'haji'ilee. The exit from CA-58 to CA-14 north of Mojave, CA is actually goverened by a stop sign and not by a traffic light. The corrections can be viewed on CA-58 here and here, and here on CA-14. Thanks to Phil DeLaney for the information.

16, 2005 (Interstate 25 - CO)

|
Exit 97A is actually Central Avenue and Northern Avenue. The exit also does not lead to Colorado SR-78. SR-78 ends a few miles west of this interchange on the west side of Pueblo. Exit 119 is now Rancho Colorado Blvd. I have left Midway on the guide to alert visitors that it was the Midway exit. In addition, the exit still leads one to the tiny community/area of Midway, Colorado. The corrections for both can be viewed here and here. Thanks to Steve Riner for the information.

Ardath road in San Diego is now La Jolla Parkway. The change is now reflected on Interstate 5 northbound exit 26a.
